  Beware. My husband bought a tennis bracelet from here. I returned to have it cleaned. I asked about re-plating and was told it wasn't an option. I returned to collect after the cleaning and it was still tarnished. Even worse a diamond was cracked in the process and they wanted to argue that I gave it to them like that. Two more attempts at cleaning and the lady told me I needed to have it re-plated. What! Don't buy from here.

  Adam and Sandra are not just wonderful people but are magnificent jewellers as well. I had a custom engagement ring made and it is absolutely stunning. I would never go anywhere else for any jewellery from this point onwards. Highly recommend.

  I have put several pieces of jewellery into Diamond Hill Jewellers and have been absolutely delighted every time. I picked up my ring today, which I had put in for repair, and was totally blown away with the result.
  
  The staff are always friendly and helpful too.

  Cannot thank Adam enough! I had a very sentimental piece that I needed repaired or replaced. They were so kind and understanding of how much this meant to me and helped me find a replacement chain that was not only beautiful but worked for my budget too.

  To say that I was super happy is an understatement, the owners of this store are incredible so friendly and super helpful, that helpful that after 8 years my partner finally found the perfect ring that they actually customised for us for an engagement

  We were shocked to notice that the jewellery we asked to repair, was not fully repaired. They didn't say anything about it when we collected the item at the shop.
  
  We trusted their work or customer service but now we feel betrayed or even cheated. They could've said that the repair ended up like that for whatever reason.

  We visited this shop yesterday to see about getting a gold chain repaired. The lady was friendly and helpful and she provided honest information about their current time frames for repair. Items are repaired on site. We will definitely return to seek their services.

  Brilliant for the last 20 years I have been buying Jewellery from them & same for my last purchase it was Very well made. The Diamond ring was made to perfection and my wife loved it. My son bought his engagement ring from there as well & until today it is beautiful. They regularly check our Jewellery items for free that they made for us. Don’t wast your time with others The jeweller there really knows his stuff. I always find it incredible how the jeweller there can design 2-4 variations for you on the spot.
